1). Into a mason jar, combine the ACV,  lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, hot water, star anise, and stir to combine. Let it sit for 5 minutes and add the honey.

2). Pour into a cup and drink slowly, making sure that the drink really touches the part of the pain inside the throat.

3). Keep the rest for later, warm up before drinking
