Baked Chicken Thighs with Lemon, Thyme and White Wine

This is an easy recipe to put together and the outcome is amazingly elegant.  If you love lemon and garlic this dish is for you. Serve with some couscous or mashed potatoes and veggies and you’ll have a delicious comforting dinner that will impress your guests.


  1. Preheat your oven to 450

  2. In a bowl place all the ingredients except the lemon wedges and mix.

  3. Place the chicken on a sheet tray and with a spoon, coat each piece with the sauce.

  4. Insert the lemon wedges in between and cover with an aluminum foil.

  5. Bake for 50 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered or until golden brown.
