Five ingredients chicken dinner? YES PLEASE! How many times do you find yourself trying to figure out what kind of EASY chicken to make for dinner? This is one of my fastest dinner recipes that everyone loves, my husband too. Very few ingredients, so easy, so delicious. Your kids will love it for sure!
1). Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet. Cover with the cut onions. Drizzle the honey, soy sauce and sprinkle the black pepper.
2). Cover very well with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 425 F oven for 50 minutes.
3). Remove cover and with a spoon drizzle some of the sauce over the chicken. sprinkle some sesame seeds, and continue baking uncovered for another 10- 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with white or brown rice or your favorite side dish.
