Healthy Pancakes

Who doesn’t like pancakes?!  I really wouldn’t mind having them every day for breakfast.  My husband and kids love them and they are so yummy and really really good for you.  Oats are a wonderful way to start the day.  Load some of your favorite fruits on the side and you’ve got a beautiful nutritious breakfast that will boost your energy throughout the day.   


1). Mix dry ingredients, slowly add to the wet ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes.

2). Coat a nonstick wide pan with very little coconut oil.  

3). Measure 1/3 cup from the mixture, wait for bubbles to show and flip when it puffs.  Remove when golden brown.

4). Drizzle some real maple syrup or honey.
