I truly love cauliflower in any shape or form. This recipe is really easy and so delicious and so beautiful on the table. Perfect for the high-holidays or just a fancy dinner on a weeknight.
1). Clean and soak cauliflower head in deep salted water for 10-15 minutes, wash and place in a glass bowl with 2 cups water. Place in the microwave for 10 minutes. ( OR best if you cook it in boiling water on the stove for exactly 8 minutes.)
Preheat your oven to 375 on a “roast” feature.
2). Meanwhile, prepare the coating: In a small bowl mix together the mustard, honey, curry powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3). Carefully take the cauliflower out of the microwave/pot, pat-dry with a paper towel. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the sauce really well all over the cauliflower. Generously sprinkle panko breadcrumbs. Spray a little oil and bake for 35-40 minutes uncovered until golden brown.
4). Let cool 5-7 minutes before slicing
Another option is to coat the cauliflower with
Bake on 375 for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
