You probably know that as a busy mom, I must think about my breakfast too!
And I must make sure I can eat it on the go!!!
So there are some easy options like muffins and snacks. But knowing myself, my body requires real food, real breakfast.
These tropical overnight oats are the most practical way to get fiber, protein, and fruits in the morning.
2 minutes to put together the night before and in the morning all you need to do is grab and go. Demo for this yummy goodness is on my Insta highlights! So make sure to watch.
How to prepare:
Place the oats and chia seeds in a bowl and mix. Slowly add the milk and mix. Add the maple, pineapple, and mix to make sure the chia seeds don't stick together.
Cover, place in the fridge overnight or 6 hours, serve with some more fruits on top. Adjust sweetness if needed and enjoy!
This beauty serves 2.
