Preheat oven on 450 F.
1). Wash and cut the potatoes to medium wedges
2). Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
3). Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper, add garlic and rosemary and mix
4). Bake uncovered on 425 for about 35-40 minutes depending on your oven.
