1/2 cup tahini ( I love this tahini brand)
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed
Tahini sauce is one of the best things in the world. It compliments almost every salad or dish. Perfect for a dip or as a spread on your pita or bread. It is packed with calcium, manganese, fiber and amino acids! My kids absolutely love it. Even my 1 year old baby. It is one of the must haves on my Shabbat table. This recipe is for a specific brand I use. That means that you might need to test the water measurement with the brand you choose. But these are the basics:
1). Mix very well , drizzle on your salad, spread it on your bread, give it to your kids...
