I’m so happy to finally share this delicious and refreshing recipe with you guys. This is The best peanut butter & banana smoothie that you would want to wake up in the morning for! I have to say that I’ve never been a smoothie person. I would always prefer real cooked food as opposed to some cold liquid blended leafy breakfast. But since I was able to conquer my flavors; I’m ready to make this smoothie any time of the day. Breakfast, lunch or dinner. YES, IT IS THAT GOOD! No added sugar, plenty of greens, healthy fat and antioxidants. Perfect for the morning or for after a good workout and the most amazing part is that you can make it for your little kids too. My kids enjoy every sip of it so I make sure to make a bigger quantity. It tastes just like a dessert, not like a healthy green boring breakfast. I invite you to add it to your daily menu and I promises you’ll fall in love with it. Not to mention how good it is for your overall health and weight-loss. This drink will keep your stomach nice and flat, especially if you have it as a breakfast.
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until very smooth. Serve immediately.
Note: If you use unfrozen bananas you might want to add some ice.
