Salmon and fresh dill are a match made in heaven. This recipe is so easy, yet so delicious. You can not go wrong with it. This fish takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, and few more minutes to bake and you have yourself a wonderful, healthy meal. It can best be served with some fresh arugula on the bottom and a sliced roasted or cooked potato.
1). Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix, and let marinate for 10 minutes.
2). Preheat the oven to 420 F.
3). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the fish with all the juices from the bowl.
4). Place on the highest oven rack and bake for 12 minutes.
