1 1/2-pounds skinless fresh salmon
2 cloves garlic-crushed
1/4 cup fresh dill-chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley-chopped
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Who doesn’t like a burger?! And how about a really yummy burger? There are so many ways to cook salmon and this time it is all about the patty. I’m confidant your kids will love it too!
1) Cut the fish into 1 inch thick pieces and ground in a food processor in few batches. Not too finely chopped.
2) Transfer the salmon to a bowl and add the dill, parsley, salt, pepper.
3) Form 4-6 patties, depending on the size that you want and place them on a tray.
4) Heat up a nonstick pan with a little olive oil on a medium flame and place 2-4 patties. Cook the first side for about 4-5 minutes so they get golden brown. Flip with a spatula and take out after 2-3 minutes.
In the picture I served it with roasted potatoes on the side, or you may eat it with a burger bun. .
