20-Minutes One-Pot Pasta Meal

Corona time calls for fast and easy meals. This one-pot pasta & sauce is a winner every single time. To be more accurate-IRRESISTIBLE!

Serve some fresh salad on the side, or steamed veggies, and lunch is served.

Instructions

1). Heat up oil in a wide and dip pot, add the onions and sauté for a few minutes until translucent. Add the garlic and constantly mix for about 30 seconds. Add the brown sugar, spices, and mix for about a minute so the spices get a chance to open with the heat. (The smell should be amazing by now!)

2). Add the tomato paste, mix for a few seconds, then the pasta, mix well, add water. Lower the flame to the lowest possible and cook for about 15 minutes, mix every 5 minutes so the pasta doesn't stick to the bottom. Check for salt and pepper.

3). Add some fresh basil, a touch of olive oil. 

Serve immediately!
