• 2 cups almond flour
• 1 cup quick oats –GF if needed
• 4 tbsp cacao powder
• Pinch of salt
• ½ cup chocolate chips+ 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted in the microwave
• ¼ cup ground flax seeds
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3-5 tbsp pure maple syrup
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 1/3 cup plant-based milk
• 3/4 th cup roasted hazelnuts or
any other nuts- optional
*sea salt to sprinkle on top if you wish.

Well, these brownie balls are going to make you get out of your cozy bed and roll these yummy treats in a snap.
These are VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, EASY, DELICIOUS!
NO-BLENDER- NO DATES- VEGAN BROWNIE CHOCOLATE BALLS!
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, then melt the chocolate with the oil, add it to the dry, add the rest of the ingredients. Add milk for a more chewy consistency, add your choice of roasted nuts, mix, use gloves to roll round bite-size balls, dip in cacao powder, or shredded coconut, or drizzle some melted chocolate on top. Keep in the freezer or fridge.
