Magical 3 Ingredient Baked Potato Latkes -The Recipe That will Change Your Hanukkah Forever!

I'm so happy to introduce to you this magical recipe that is not only so easy to make but its also much easier to digest. This latkes combination has no flour at all so its gluten-free! No eggs to bind, so its vegan! No oil for frying, it is baked! You can now enjoy a healthier version of potato latkes that are so delicious and so very friendly for all eating types! If you are looking to have a big crowd,  save time, energy and lots of extra unnecessary calories this holiday, this recipe is ideal! Leave all the frying behind and let the oven do all the work for you.  Impress your family and friends with basic ingredients and be proud that everyone can enjoy from harmless latkes at any given day of the year.  Did I say a MUST TRY?


1). Cook  2 potatoes in water until soft,  drain the water and mash.
2). Combine all ingredients: Grated potatoes, mashed potatoes, sauteed onions, salt, and pepper.
3). Arrange patties on an oiled parchment paper, spray some oil on top and bake on 375 for 25 minutes,  flip once and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
4). Sprinkle some salt and serve immediately!
To prepare the dill dip:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve with the warm latkeses!

    Would this work with sweet potatoes swapped out for all/half of grated potatoes?

    Very wet. Needed to squeeze out a lot of excess liquid with paper towels over a colander and it still took 3x as long to bake as your recipe.

    Tasty but not like a latke more like a smashed potato.
