This salad is a staple in every Israeli home. It goes with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is always fresh, crunchy and so delicious. Very basic ingredients that most of us have in our fridge at all times. Not only it add flavor to every meal but it also adds fiber to our daily nutrition value.
1). Chop/ dice all the vegetables as small and as even cut as you can, and transfer to a mixing bowl.
2). Drizzle the olive oil, squeeze the lemon, sprinkle salt and pepper, mix and check what’s missing.
3). Serve immediately.
