I’m not big on cooking dairy food. I’m actually known to love meat and hardy slow cooked meals. But from time to time I do crave the flavor of cheese. And if I already decide to put in the effort of preparing it, I do my best to make it as healthy as possible. Quiche is one of the things I really like. A salad with it completes makes it a beautiful meal for me.
1) Cook the broccoli for 10 minutes, drain and wash.

3) Add the oats and mix. Then add the broccoli and mix.
4) Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle mozzarella cheese along with bread crumbs and bake on a preheated 375-F oven 25-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
