3 ripe bananas
2 tbsp honey or sweetener of your choice (maple syrup)
2 cups almond flour
1 tbsp almond butter or potato starch
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup chocolate chips
This delicate, guilt-free, egg-free and oil-free banana cake, is just another way to use up our bananas that are turning brown in the kitchen.
Passover can sometimes be challenging when not using eggs. But this cake is the proof that it is totally possible and absolutely delicious!
Amazing texture without using any strange ingredients we don't have at home. I would love for you to give it a try.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
1). Peel and mash the banans well. Add the almond flour, honey, baking powder, nut butter, and mix very well.
2). Add the chocolate chips, fold in gently.
3). Transfer to a brownie pan and flatten with a spatula. Sprinkle some more chocolate on top if you wish and bake for 35 minutes.
4). Take out of the oven and let cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting.
