Healthy 6 Ingredient Hamantanschens | Vegan and Gluten Free | No oil


6 ingredients Easy Healthy Vegan Delicious



  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter /tahini
  • 1/4 cup honey/ maple
  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)




  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine all the ingredients, use gloves to form a nice round ball.
  3. Place on top between 2 parchment papers. Roll to an even layer.
  4. Use a cup or round cookie cutter to form round shapes.
  5. Squeeze the edges to create a triangle. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Once all the round shapes have shaped into hamantaschens, fill out the cavities with 1/2 tsp jelly/ jam or chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 11-14 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 20-30 minutes.
  8. Keep in the fridge in an airtight container.
