Combine all the ingredients, use gloves to form a nice round ball.
Place on top between 2 parchment papers. Roll to an even layer.
Use a cup or round cookie cutter to form round shapes.
Squeeze the edges to create a triangle. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Once all the round shapes have shaped into hamantaschens, fill out the cavities with 1/2 tsp jelly/ jam or chocolate chips.
Bake for 11-14 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 20-30 minutes.
Keep in the fridge in an airtight container.
