I love the smell of baked apples with cinnamon. It takes me back to my home with sweet memories of freshly baked apple pie or cake that just came out of the oven. I was looking for a healthier alternative without the base and I’m so happy with the combination of the crispy oats and the crunch of the pecans on top of the soft and almost melted apples. If you love baked apples and cinnamon like me, you must give this a try.
1). In one bowl mix the diced apples with the cinnamon and divide into 8 individual ramekins.
2). In another bowl mix all the ingredients for the topping and put on top of every stuffed ramekin.
3). Bake on 375F for 30 minutes.
