Fruit Platter for Your Tu Bishvat Seder- Healthy & Colorful

Tu Bishvat is a celebration of the new year for the trees and plants.

Its symbolic food is dry fruits served along with fresh fruits.

Fruits that are unique to the season of that time of the year.

And it is important that this chosen (seasonal) fruit was not consumed before this holiday that year.

I love combining a verity of nuts, dry and fresh fruits so that we can benefit from all the goodness our trees has to offer.

This platter is just an example of how to simply combine dry and fresh fruits together.

I love using things that are common in our household, so the kids can actually eat and enjoy. And at the same time allow to enjoy the new chosen fruit of that year.
