This fish is served with fresh honey mustard mix green salad and roasted potatoes.The steaks are elegant and so juicy packed with fresh flavors and so easy to make!
Place the salmon steaks in a bowl or 1qt ziploc bag and add the rest of the ingredients. Massage very well for a minute or two and place in the fridge for at least one hour. Take out of the fridge 20-30 minutes before ready to bake.
Heat up the oven for 420F on Bake.
Line a parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the marinated fish. Pour all the liquid on top of the steaks. Put a timer for 10 minutes and bake.
Note: After 4 minutes of baking I like to open the oven for few seconds to avoid potential smoke. If you feel like the oven is too hot reduce the heat to 375F and continue baking. If you like more color or crust on the fish change to Broil for 1 minute. Don’t leave the kitchen. Stay and check. It’s a matter of seconds!
