Its summertime again and showing our kids that eating healthy can be fun and tasty is simply by preparing a big bowl of cut-up fruits. This fruit salad keeps beautifully in the fridge for up to 3 days.   I love opening the morning with fruits and its perfect to pack for the park or a trip.

Instructions

Cut all fruits into equal bite-size pieces. Mix orange juice with honey and pour on the fruits. Give it a quick mix and place in the fridge up to 3 days.
