This salad is so special, so colorful and so pretty. Whenever I make it, I get endless compliments and it is the first one to be gone from the table. The dressing is the twist. If you love curry powder flavor in your food you would love it. If not, give it a try. You will be surprised how tasty this is.
Place all the dressing ingredients in a small food processor and pulse until smooth.
Place the pecans on a dry skillet over medium heat and mix a few times to get them toasted with some nice color. Let cool.
Place the greens in a mixing bowl. Add the strawberries, avocado, red onion, and half of the amount of pecans.
Pure half of the dressing, fold very gently. Check if more dressing is needed. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle the rest of the pecans.
Enjoy!
