Here is one of our go-to dishes, pasta and broccoli!
I was so happy to live demonstrate for you how to make this easy dish on my Facebook page. Kids love it and husband too. Win win for everyone.
1). Warn up a wide skillet on a medium-high heat. Place olive oil and garlic and sauté for 30-50 seconds until golden brown. Add the broccoli and season with salt and pepper.
2). Add the ¼- 1/2 cup pasta water along with the cooked pasta and mix. Season once more with salt and pepper and optionally chili flakes. Add vegan parmesan cheese or lemon zest if you wish.
