Easy Fat Burning Salad for One

A good healthy salad is one of the ways to say to our body "I love you"! The benefits are just amazing. This salad for one is easy to fix in no time! Most of the ingredients are already in your fridge. The celery will help you burn fat, the satiating chia seeds will help you feel full, the avocado will provide a creamy texture and the hemp seeds will balance both the texture and flavor. And the dressing is no harm at all. Of course, you can double the amount if you wanted to!


1). Arrange all the salad ingredients in a wide bowl. Mix all the dressing ingredients. Pour on the salad and mix. Adjust honey, salt, and pepper to your taste.
