I love special and different salads, and this one is defiantly one of them! Many people have mixed feelings about celery. Ant often times, the only way they’d really use it is in a soup or a stew, or some way that that it will not be too visible. But if we look at the benefits of celery, we would really want to add it way more to our diet. Besides that, the crunch, natural saltiness, and freshness are absolutely fun and so versatile. This salad is very known in my country Israel. And I’m so happy to share it with you too, so you can enjoy it as well. And not to mention, how colorful and delicious it is.
1). Place the slivered almonds onto a dry pan, and toast until golden on a midum-low heat. Once ready, set aside.
2). Wash and clean the celery very well. Let dry from the water. Chop and add to a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3). Prepare the dressing and pour on top. Mix and adjust salt, pepper and sweetness.
