Chocolate Peanut Covered Snickers Stuffed Dates

The tree's birthday is today! 
I feel like there is so so much to appreciate and thank our trees in the world for producing us the most nourishing food in the planet. 
Years ago, it was just another day for me, but today,  living the healthy lifestyle that I live, I celebrate this day with so much appreciation and gratitude. 
And for today's recipe, nothing is more appropriate than taking this gift of nature, the humble dates, and turn them into an epic dessert that will fill you up without guilt.  I hope you gonna give these a try. They take 5 minutes to prepare!!! I'm so sure you will love them. Chocolate Peanut Covered Snickers Stuffed Dates, a guilt-free snack to satisfy your sweet cravings!!
Dates are loaded with good-for-you elements and with the combination of healthy fats we are basically giving our body a power health boost to go through those tired moments of the day.

1). Cut open and place the dates on a plate lined with parchment paper.
2). In a bowl mix together: Peanut butter, tahini,  honey/ maple,  hemp seeds. 
3). Place the chocolate in a bowl mixed with the coconut oil and melt for 30- 60 seconds in the microwave. 
To build the staffed dates: Take a little spoon and fill each date from the nut mixture. Drizzle some of the melted chocolate, and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
Keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.
