Bulgur with Peas and Carrots

A filling and satisfying meal that kids will easily enjoy for lunch.

This comforting pot is so easy and practical to prepare and eat! I love making it for the kids to take for lunch the next day with some fresh cut veggies on the side. Make it for your kids and the whole family will enjoy a lovely lunch or dinner. 

Instructions

1). Warm up the oil and saute the onion until golden, add all the spices and continue mixing for 30 seconds.

2). Add the burglar, mix for few seconds ensuring that it blends well with the spices. Add the boiling water, peas, and carrots and bring to a boil. Cover well and cook a very low flame for 18 minutes.

3). Turn off the flame and leave closed for another 15 minutes.
