What a wonderful way to eat your greens with hearty and meaty, vegan grilled portobellos on a bed of chopped kale greens. This salad is so pretty and flavorful. Dressed with a yummy easy balsamic dressing to make every bite simply heavenly. The portobellos are littiraly irresistible!
If you are bored of your regular kale salad you must give this power bowl a try!

Instructions

Start by heating up a giddle or grill pan. 

Remove the leg from the mushrooms and place on a plate. Drizzle a touch of olive oil, salt and pepper and sprinkle some Italian spice. Flip and repeat on the on the other side.

Grill on each side for about 5-7 minutes on medium-high heat. Then cover and allow to sit for 10-15 minutes while asumbeling the salad.

Choppe the kale and place in a bowl.  Add the rest of the greens,  slice the onions, tomatoes, avocado s, crush the walnuts and to the bowl.  Eventually, slice the mushrooms and add to the bowl.

To prepare the dressing:
Combine olive oil,
Balsamic vinegar
Honey
Garlic
Salt and pepper. Mix and drizzle on the salad.
