Baked Sweet Potato Fries That Everyone Loves!

I love sweet potatoes and it is so important for me that my kids eat and enjoy them on weekly basis.  This savory and crispy fries is a wonderful addition to any meal or as a snack right out of the oven. I always try to get organic sweet potatoes vs. the regular ones. They are much sweeter and the color is so beautiful.


3-5 servings


Preheat your oven to 400 f.

  1. Cut the sweet potatoes into sticks and place in a bowl.
  2. Add all the spices along with the oil and toss until all the sticks are well coated.
  3. Prepare a flat sheet with parchment paper and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for about 12 minutes until crisp on the bottom, then flip and bake until the other side is nice and golden, about 15 more minutes.

    I just made this. Delicious! My husband thought that it should be covered or they won’t cook through, but I wanted to follow your instructions so I did it like you said. He enjoyed them and was quite surprised. We ate them dipped in humous that he made, also delicious!
