For the tuna salad:
Tuna salad is one of my favorite things to have for breakfast. It fills you up, is a good source of protein and most importantly it’s so delicious! The good news here is that its mayo free. Avocado has excellent healthy fats and the combination of these two provides a satisfying nutritious morning start.
1) Drain the tuna cans and transfer to a bowl.
2) Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix. Check for salt and pepper.
3) Cut the avocado in half and take out the pit. Place some of the salad and serve with whole wheat toasted bread.
